Pet & Play Session

All Pet & Play sessions are non-refundable under any circumstances. Sessions can be transferred to an alternative available session up to 24 hours prior to the start time of your original booking. We are unable to reschedule a session with less than 24 hours notice.

In the unlikely event that we have to cancel a session, you will be fully refunded.

Birthday Party Payments and Cancellations

We ask that a deposit of £60 is paid on initial booking to secure your party date/time. The remaining balance (£155 + food payment if applicable) will be requested via payment link one week before the party and will need to be paid before the party day.

If your plans change and you need to cancel your party at any time, you will not be charged for the remaining balance. If you want to change the party to a different time or day, we will try our best with the availability we have but cannot guarantee this is possible. The £60 deposit is non-refundable in this circumstance.

In the unlikely event that we have to cancel your party, you will be fully refunded, including £60 deposit.

Mobile Farm Visits

If you choose to cancel your mobile farm visit at least 14 days before the visit is due to take place, you are entitled to a full refund.

Any cancellations within 14 days of your visit date cannot be refunded.
