Pet & Play Session

All Pet & Play sessions are non-refundable under any circumstances. Sessions can be transferred to an alternative available session up to 24 hours prior to the start time of your original booking. We are unable to reschedule a session with less than 24 hours notice.

In the unlikely event that we have to cancel a session, you will be fully refunded.

Birthday Party Package

If you choose to cancel your party at least 28 days before the party is due to take place, you are entitled to a full refund - minus a £15 administration fee.

If you choose to cancel your party 14-27 days before the party is due to take place, then you are entitled to a 50% refund - minus a £15 administration fee.

Any cancellations within 14 days of your party date cannot be refunded.

In the unlikely event that we have to cancel your party, you will be fully refunded.

Mobile Farm Visits

If you choose to cancel your mobile farm visit at least 14 days before the visit is due to take place, you are entitled to a full refund.

Any cancellations within 14 days of your visit date cannot be refunded.
